抄録

本報告では、水産資源評価において成魚の個体数および生活史パラメータを推定するために近年開発された近親標識再捕法(CKMR法)について概説する。CKMR法は、大きな(小さな)集団では近親ペアは観測されにくい(やすい)ことを利用した標識再捕法の応用である。ここでは、親子ペアに基づくCKMR法の概要を説明する。まず、古典的な標識再捕法とのアナロジーを用いて、単純なモデルを説明したのちに、複雑なモデルが必要とされる条件を示す。次に、親子関係を使ってCKMR法を適用した文献をレビューする。最後に、本手法の有用性と不確実性について議論する。今後、半兄弟関係など他の近親関係が広く適用されることで、CKMR法のさらなる発展が期待されるだろう。
