抄録

本稿は新型コロナウイルス感染症による外出自粛要請に対応するため企業に導入されたテレワークが組織に及ぼす影響について分析した。これにより、危機下における組織レジリエンスの効果を検証することが目的である。サーベイ調査に基づく定量分析の結果、2点が明らかとなった。第1に、テレワークの拙速な導入は組織にコミュニケーション障害をもたらす。第2に、組織レジリエンスはコミュニケーション障害を緩和する効果がある。
