ユニコーン企業の育成は、将来の大企業育成の手段として機能し、日本政府も政策目標として掲げている。ユニコーン企業とは、企業価値が10億ドルを超える規模拡大を達成したスタートアップ企業と定義される。規模拡大の成功を左右する重要な要素の一つは、組織的スケーリング、すなわち事業拡大のプロセスである。スケーリングは、知的資本、その構成要素間の相互作用、そして知的資本とスケーリング行動の関係を媒介するダイナミック・ケイパビリティによって実現される。そこで本研究では、既存研究を統合し、知的資本、その相互作用、そしてダイナミック・ケイパビリティがスケーリングにどのように影響するかを明らかにし、今後の研究の方向性を提言することを目的とする。
