威信概念に基づく組織の同調および逸脱行動の分析

中威信同調理論は、同一の環境にある一群の組織の行動が同調と逸脱とに分岐することを説明する。しかし、威信が組織の行動に影響する要因として作用する上での理論の適用条件は、いまだ十分に明らかにされていない。本研究では、適合-逸脱問題を解決する枠組みとして中威信同調理論を採用し、この理論の適用条件に関して不確実性の程度がどのような役割を果たすかを検討する。日本のホテル市場における客室構成の変化に関するデータを用いて重回帰分析を行い、組織の威信水準と組織の行動様式との関係を検討する。この分析を通じて、適合-逸脱問題へ威信理論を用いるための適用条件を明らかにするとともに、組織の適合と逸脱のメカニズムを統一的に説明する基盤を提示する。
