Abstract

地域産業振興や競争力強化に関する取り組みは、地域資源を利活用しながら、顧客・企業・行政などが連携して、地域の競争力向上を促進してきた。しかし、他国に比べて日本国内の、特に地方の産業集積形成(産業クラスターやエコシステム)は成果が上がっているとは言いがたい。特に、これまでの主要な経済政策から外れ、経営資源に乏しい地方における産業集積形成に資する調査研究は少ない。本稿では、地方における産業集積形成のプロセスの理論化と可視化に資する経済指標の構築に接近するため、要求工学的分析に依拠しながら、地方における産業集積形成の発展可能性を考察する。

京都大学工学部卒業、京都大学大学院工学研究科修士課程修了。川崎製鉄に長年勤務した後、高知工科大学で教員として勤務。高知工科大学大学院基盤工学研究科博士後期課程修了(学術博士)。
