In recent years, criticism to corporate management that is biased toward the pursuit of shareholder profit has increased, and social demands for management that emphasizes the overall benefit to all concerned parties and management that gives consideration to the global environment and emphasizes sustainability have become important issues for corporate management (Demise, 2021). This is due to the limitations of the corporate management view that "the company belongs to the stakeholders," as symbolized by the long-lasting Friedman Doctrine (Friedman, 2007), the frequent occurrence of events, such as the Enron scandal, in which a lack of corporate ethics directly leads to serious social problems, and environmental problems caused by the destruction of the global environment. There is a complex sense of crisis not only in the industrial world but also at the human level. On the other hand, there are companies that have achieved both economic and ethical goals in their corporate management. In this study, we explored the viewpoints that are important for balancing these two seemingly contradictory issues in modern management through the concept of aesthetics related to art and politics by the French philosopher Jacques Rancière.
