営業職の成績を向上させる行動と引継ぎの困難さ

抄録

 仕事の引き継ぎは、知識移転の具体的な行為の一つです。しかし、ビジネスにおいては、引き継ぎが円滑に行われないケースが多々あります。その理由の一つとして、引き継ぎを行う側の暗黙知が後任者にとって必要であるにもかかわらず、後任者がその知識を文書化することが難しいことが挙げられ、これが業務遂行における知識移転の妨げになっていると考えられます。特に、暗黙知を多く持つ人の業績が高い場合、その暗黙知を伝えることができないことが組織にとって課題となります。

この問題に基づき、本研究では、企業の営業担当者を対象として、統計分析手法を用いて、営業行動と暗黙知の関係、営業成績と暗黙知の関係を示します。

結論として、暗黙知と営業成績には負の関係があり、営業行動と暗黙知に関連する営業の自律性には負の関係があることがわかりました。自律性の高い営業担当者は暗黙知が少ない傾向にあり、引き継ぎが容易になることが示されました。
