抄録

Wrzesniewski & Dutton(2001)は、「個人が自らの仕事のタスク境界もしくは関係的境界においてなす物理的・認知的変更」と定義されるジョブ・クラフティングの概念を提示し、従業員が仕事上のタスクや他者との関わりを素材として仕事の経験を自ら作り上げるという視点を提供した。しかしその後、仕事における意味経験の変化プロセスとしてのジョブ・クラフティング研究の蓄積は十分でない。そこで本稿では、ジョブ・クラフティング概念を発展させる提案を行っている文献を収集した。その上で、仕事の有意味性の4つの経路の枠組み(Rosso et al., 2010)に沿った統合モデルを提案し、仕事における意味経験の変化プロセスとしてのジョブ・クラフティング研究の蓄積を行っていく上での有用性を論じた。
