抄録

本研究では、視点取得が問題焦点型対処と回避型対処を媒介し、ワーク・エンゲージメントを促進するという仮説を検討した。日本の製薬会社の従業員368名を対象に共分散構造分析を行った。間接効果の検討には boot strap 検定を用いた。その結果、他者の立場や気持ちを想像する傾向である視点取得が高いと、主体的な問題解決、解決への相談、視点の転換などの問題解決的対処方略が強化され、問題を先送りするなどの回避的対処が減少するプロセスを通じて、ワーク・エンゲージメントが促進されることが示され、仮説は支持された。より高いパースペクティブ・テイキングが、労働者のストレス対処戦略をより効果的にし、ワーク・エンゲージメントを促進するという新たな知見を得た。
