抄録

 本研究は、経済的合理性だけでなく、企業家個人のウェルビーイングを強く意識して、それに駆動された起業のあり方である「ウェルビーイング駆動型アントレプレナーシップ」の概念を創造して、その特徴や影響について、2つの事例に基づき、試論的に検討するものである。

 事例の検討から、ウェルビーイング駆動型起業における立地の重要性と、 ヘドニック・ウェルビーイングとユーダイモニック・ウェルビーイングを両立させる起業のあり方を描き出すことができた。また急成長志向で語られる、これまでのアントレプレナーシップの議論に関して、「ウェルビーイング駆動型アントレプレナーシップ」という、むやみに成長を追わない考え方の導入は、真に豊かな生活と地域のあり方を議論する土壌を提供することになる。
