抄録

異機種ハードウェアを最大限に活用するには、OpenCLなどのハードウェアの技術力が必要であり、障壁が高いのが現状である。このような背景から、私はこれまで、エンジニアが通常のCPU向けに記述したアプリケーションコードを、導入環境に合わせて自動的に変換し、適切な量のリソースを設定することで、高性能な動作を可能にする環境適応型ソフトウェアを提案してきた。これまでは、運用開始前の変換や設定のみを検討してた。本稿では、運用中に利用特性に合わせてロジックが再構成されることを検証する。FPGA上で動作するアプリケーションが、利用特性に合わせて別のアプリケーションに再構成されることを確認する。
