ニューロダイバーシティとは何か

-経営学における概念と理論的視座の検討-

抄録

本稿の目的は、近年注目されているニューロダイバーシティの概念定義と理論的視座を検討し、経営学における今後の研究展開の可能性を見出すことである。ニューロダイバーシティは、社会学、教育学、医学、心理学などで学際的に議論されている概念であるが、その定義は未だ曖昧である。そこでまず、これらの幅広い研究分野の文献レビューを行い、発達障害とニューロダイバーシティ概念の関係性を明らかにすることを試みた。学際的な研究を包括的にレビューするため、方法論として探索的なナラティブレビューを採択した。その上で、ニューロダイバーシティ概念の経営学における定義づけを試み、更なる系統的な文献レビュー、インクルージョンの視点、組織レベル、職場・個人レベルでの人的資源やダイバーシティマネジメントの視点等、今後の経営学研究における理論的視座を整理し提示した。
