本ジャーナルは, 2022年にImpact Factorが過去最高を記録した.その要因を探るべく, 直近10年間（2014～2023年）に掲載された論文タイトル6,857本を対象に,テキストマイニング手法を用いてN-gram解析を行った. 同解析結果（抽出結果）を診療領域毎に分類し,更に疾患名と医学用語にツリー構造（木構造）で可視化した結果,免疫系に関する論文, 免疫系の反応の利用や影響と各疾患の関連する論文が多く引用され,重要な研究テーマやトピックであることが我々の解析により明らかとなったので,ここに紹介させていただく.
