協働力に関する段階的育成モデル

本論文は,協働力を幼児期から成人期にわたり発達する多面的コンピテンシーとして捉え,協働力を含む主要な理論的枠組みにおける定義と構成要素を整理したうえで,就学前から大学以降までの育成・測定に関する実証研究の結果をまとめる.さらに,協働力に関する既存の発達的ルーブリックを比較し,共通する次元(成果志向・相互作用志向・調整志向) を抽出し,小学校・中学校・高校・大学以降の到達目標として協働力の段階的育成モデルを提案する.本モデルを授業設計と評価に活用する方法を示し,縦断的検証,測定の統合,教師支援を今後の課題として論じる.
