We present a revised and scope-limited version of a phase-topological framework for
quantum fields, gauge symmetry, and mass generation. The central idea is that a set of
constrained phase variables may define loop-like invariants whose coarse-grained
readout resembles selected structural ingredients of the Standard Model. In contrast to
the previous version, the present manuscript does not claim a completed derivation or a
quantitative replacement of the Standard Model. Instead, it formulates a structural
ansatz, clarifies its relation to contemporary literature on generalized symmetries,
topological defects, Higgs-sector phenomenology, and flavor-hierarchy models, and
identifies the quantitative tests required before the framework can be promoted to a
phenomenological theory. The proposed mass relation and gauge correspondence are
therefore treated as candidate structural maps rather than established predictions.
