We propose a dynamical framework in which gauge interactions, fermionic dynamics, and mass generation emerge from an underlying information relation network.
Building on previous results that derive gauge symmetries from relational structures, we introduce a variational principle based on phase consistency. From this principle, we construct an action defined on links and loops of the network.
We show that the continuum limit reproduces the Yang--Mills action, fermionic kinetic terms, and gauge-covariant interactions.
Furthermore, scalar fields and Yukawa couplings naturally give rise to mass generation via spontaneous symmetry breaking.
This framework suggests that the Lagrangian structure of quantum field theory is not fundamental, but emerges from discrete relational consistency conditions.
