We investigate phenomenological consequences of exponential distance-dependent Yukawa structures arising in localized extra-dimensional frameworks.
Assuming Gaussian localization of fermion zero modes in a five-dimensional setup, the effective four-dimensional Yukawa couplings acquire exponential dependence on inter-field separations.
We show that this structure naturally reproduces hierarchical quark masses, small CKM mixing, large lepton mixing via the type-I seesaw mechanism, and CP violation when complex geometric phases are included.
Importantly, the distance-based exponential form induces nontrivial correlations among mixing elements, distinguishing the framework from general complex Yukawa matrices.
These structural constraints provide a predictive organizing principle for flavor observables.
