コロナ禍における精神障害者の社会的孤立と孤独感

本研究の目的は、精神障害者の社会的孤立や孤独感の実態を明らかにすることであった。また、COVID-19の蔓延が社会的孤立や孤独感に与えた影響についても検討した。2022年3月にウェブ調査を実施し、3473名（精神疾患群415名、身体疾患群975名、一般群2083名）の回答を分析した。その結果、精神障害者は社会的孤立と孤独状態の割合が他の群よりも高く、80%が社会的孤立、67%が孤独状態であった。したがって、精神障害者は社会的孤立や孤独のリスクが高く、精神障害者に対する支援の重要性が示された。また、COVID-19の蔓延に伴い、参加者全体で社会的孤立が増加する一方、孤独感は増加しないことが示唆された。
