社会接続型博士人材育成に資するコンピテンシー基盤型高等教育システム(CHES)の創設と大学院リーグの意義

抄録

現代社会では、博士人材に専門的研究能力だけでなく、社会課題解決力や産業界との接続性が強く求められている。本稿では、内閣府SIPの枠組みにおける複数大学の連携による「大学院リーグ」によって実践している「コンピテンシー基盤型高等教育システム（CHES）」と「サンドイッチ教育」について報告する。
CHESは、9つのコア・コンピテンシー（未来洞察、倫理、越境力等）を体系的に育成する新たな教育モデルである。サンドイッチ教育は、学生が社会課題を大学に持ち込み、大学と社会の双方で仮説検証を行う往還型の学習プロセスであり、多様な主体との協働を通じて博士人材の実践的能力を涵養する。
本モデルは、博士課程教育の質的転換と社会接続型人材育成の両立を可能にする新たな枠組みとして期待できる。
