組織におけるシニシズムの統合的文献レビュー
ーマクロレベルにおける創発的形成の可能性に関する検討ー

本研究は、組織におけるシニシズム(冷笑的態度)に焦点を当てる。シニシズムは、自身が属する組織に対する否定的な態度であり、組織変革、燃え尽き症候群(バーンアウト)、沈黙といった重要な組織現象と密接に関連している。しかし、従来の研究は主に個人レベル(ミクロ)の視点や否定的側面に限られており、個人特性や情動・行動面などの要素が十分に考慮されていないという問題がある。そこで本研究の目的は、組織におけるシニシズムに関する統合的な文献レビューを行い、既存研究の整理と批判的検討を通じて今後の研究課題を明らかにすることである。特に今後の研究課題として、本研究ではシニシズムが個人間の伝染を通じて集団・組織レベル(マクロ)で創発的に形成される可能性について議論する。本研究は、組織におけるシニシズムの理論的射程を拡張することに貢献するものである。
