経営者の注意配分が中小企業の組織アンラーニングに及ぼす影響

抄録

本研究の目的は、中小企業の組織アンラーニングの代表的要因を明らかにするため、組織アンラーニング研究に関する69 文献のレビューを行い、さらに戦略志向(SO)の3 つのタイプである企業家志向(EO)、学習志向(LO)、市場志向(MO)に対する経営者の注意配分が組織アンラーニングの不安定化プロセスに影響を及ぼすことについての仮説モデルを構築することである。本研究では、中小企業の組織アンラーニングプロセスにおいては、経営者のSO の各タイプへの注意配分によって、組織アンラーニングの進行度合いやパターンが異なる可能性があることを主張している。、組織メンバーの認知が組織アンラーニングに影響を及ぼすことが数多く報
告されているが、そのメカニズムについてはほとんど説明されていない。本研究では、不安定化に対する経営者の認知の影響をモデル化することで、このギャップに対して独自の洞察を提供する。
