CSVアライアンスと協働の窓モデル

-文献レビューを通じた分析枠組の構築-

抄録

本研究の目的は、異種セクター間におけるアライアンスに関する先行研究を、分野横断的に整理し、CSVアライアンス関係を包括的かつ動態的に分析し得る、新たな分析枠組を構築することである。文献レビューを通じて、異種セクター間アライアンスを長期に渡り持続させる要因について、明らかにする必要性があることが見出された。さらに、アライアンスの見えない部分にも焦点を当てて研究を進めることの重要性や、地域コミュニティもアライアンスを形成するセクターの一つとして取り上げ、研究を積み重ねていくことの必要性も導き出された。異種セクター間アライアンスを動態的かつ包括的に分析する枠組みとして、協働の窓モデル(Kojima & Hiramoto、2011; Goto、2013)が挙げられる。しかし、これらの分析では、アライアンスの持続段階や評価項目について、十分に言及が行われていない。そこで本研究では、このモデルに持続段階や評価項目を加え、政策動向などの社会的要因も取り入れることで、アライアンスを通じた経済的価値と社会的価値創出の両立、すなわちCSVを実現する協働の窓モデルの概念図と分析枠組みを提示する。本研究は、サステナビリティ経営研究、及び、アライアンス理論において、新たな示唆を提供する研究であると位置付けられる。
