抄録

組織に対する社会的評価の重要性が高まる中、組織社会学者からのスティグマ(負の社会的評価を示す概念)への関心も増している。本論文は、組織とカテゴリーのスティグマ化との関係に関する文献レビューを提供する。スティグマとカテゴリーとの動的な性質を持つため、スティグマではなくカテゴリーのスティグマ化に特に焦点を当てている。さらに、組織の社会的認知的性質がカテゴリーのスティグマ化に関連しているため、組織アイデンティティの視点も取り入れている。組織アイデンティティ、カテゴリー、スティグマについての簡単な紹介の後、今後の研究について2つの方向性を提示した。この2つの方向性は、(a)組織アイデンティティとカテゴリー的スティグマとの相互作用、(b)カテゴリー的スティグマの測定方法の開発である。本論文は、組織アイデンティティ、カテゴリー、スティグマに関する文献に貢献する。
