日本の女性起業家への性暴力の可視化と沈黙の構造

本研究は、日本における女性起業家の性被害を取り巻く構造的条件を明らかにすることを目的とする。筆者ら自身が「性被害を乗り越えることが成功の前提である」という言説を内面化してきた経験を契機に、本研究ではデータ・フェミニズムの視座(D’Ignazio & Klein, 2020)を採用し、これまで不可視化されてきた経験を統計的に可視化することで、構造的抑圧の存在を明らかにし、制度的・政策的介入の基盤を築くことを目指す。
調査は、Kelly(1987)の「性暴力の連続体」概念を理論的枠組みとし、2025年3月に女性起業家を対象に実施され、有効回答数は117件であった。主な結果は以下の通りである。(1) 約70%の回答者が何らかの性的被害を経験していること、(2) 最も多く指摘された加害者は「起業家仲間」であったこと、(3) 主な相談相手は「同じく女性起業家」であったこと、が明らかとなった。
分析の結果、立場上は対等に見える起業家同士の間にも潜在的な権力の非対称性が存在し、性的な冗談や身体への不用意な接触といった行為が、被害として認識されにくいまま日常化・正当化されている実態が示された。さらに、被害者同士の相談が制度的支援や具体的な行動に結びつかない「共感による沈黙」のパターンも確認された。こうした分析を通じて、本研究は、起業家コミュニティにおいて性被害がいかに「通常のこと」として受け入れられ、制度的支援が欠如しているかを明らかにし、起業支援エコシステムにおける制度改革と教育・支援体制の必要性を訴えるものである。
